You can now customize your shoes!!! Yes, you can add: extra cusion, make them wide, make them narrow, choose from 6 different colors and even customize sizing per foot AND... choose a heel size!!!

All Shoes are leather with suede bottoms. They are extremely comfortable with a unique strap style that adjusts to every foot type. Made in the USA, these trendy style shoes go with any outfit.
ATTENTION: These shoes run slightly big so we recommend 1 to 1.5 size smaller to your street shoe. Please look at the Size Chart, located in the images, to get the exact measurements. For ex: If you're a size 8 in a street sandle, we recommend a size 7 or even a 6.5 if you like them very fitted. They stretch slighty as they break in.

Custom Orders
All custom JT Shoes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Because each custom pair is made specifically to your preferences, we’re unable to accept returns on these items, as they cannot be resold.
We strongly recommend double-checking your sizing and details before placing a custom order. If you have any questions or need help confirming your fit, we’re always happy to assist before production begins.
Returns
If damaged at arrival, please contact us at Jordancer98@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund for the cost of the shoes only.
Please note: We do not refund original shipping charges. As a small, independently run business, we are not able to absorb shipping fees like large retailers. These costs are paid directly to the shipping carrier and are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days of approval.

If you’d like a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order. We’re happy to help with sizing guidance before you reorder.
